Chinese automotive giant Chery focuses on customer satisfaction with its after-sales services.

Chery, which provides sales and after-sales services through dealers like Group 1 Chery, reaches more than 80 percent availability of spare parts in a short time and solves the needs of its customers in the fastest way possible with special air cargo 4 times a month for hard-to-find emergency parts. With a 5-year or 150,000-kilometre warranty, Chery continues to be in constant communication with its customers after sales, by hosting the vehicles it sells at its authorized service centres at 5,000 km, and by performing a general check-up without replacing parts, within the scope of sustainable customer satisfaction.

Chery, which attracted all the attention by making a strong re-entry into the market in 2022, maintains its claim with the after-sales services it offers. Chery, serving a number of dealers throughout South Africa, continues to provide sales and after-sales services to its customers purchasing Chery branded products at all authorized dealers.
